Sally Miller (co-author of the People CMM model) has informed me that a reference to Aligning Ferret has been included in the new Second Edition of the People CMM book.

Sunil and others at Ferret would definitely have found People CMM useful. In a six month period they grapple with performance management, career options, succession planning, goal alignment, hiring and implementation of a competency framework - all these are addressed in the People CMM with examples, elaborations and practical tips.

Make online payment through your credit card or Paypal account
Make online payment via NEFT (inter-bank transfer in India).
Fill an order form (downloadable from the site) and send the order form along with a cheque/ demand draft to the address given in the order form.

The price is US $ 7.2 per book for credit card/ Paypal payments and INR 345/= per book for cheque/draft/ NEFT payments.

The book can be delivered within India or outside India. Packaging and shipping is free within India and is charged at US$ 5.8 per book for deliveries outside India.
